Moxy Hotel Renovation - 1246 Central Ave

ADS worked with contractor Kellogg and Kimsey to completely revitalize this historic building located on central avenue in downtown St. Petersburg! What once was a 4-story furniture store is now a part of the new Moxy Hotel! ADS completely gutted all 4 stories top to bottom while simultaneously cutting out over 75 exterior windows! It was quite the challenge, as the building was located in a prime downtown location where pedestrians were constantly about.
